    A small carriage charge of £15 will be charged for orders below £300

    Shipping Method: We use Parcelforce as our main courier, items will need to be checked and signed for on delivery. Delivery must be to the cardholder's registered address.

    Orders placed before 11.00 am Monday-Thursday will be despatched same day.

    Our Standard Delivery is usually within 2 working days *.

    Excludes: Bank Holidays and Public Holidays

    * We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery once the courier has collect the item and is in their care, we will not be liable to any party for items that are delivered outside the stated delivery time. Customers will be notified if any delays have been notified to us.

    Delivery available to UK Mainland only.

    Damaged Goods:
    Please report any damaged goods within 24 hours.

    Returns Policy:
    We want you to be happy with your purchase and will gladly help with any issues you may have. If you want to exchange or return goods, please do so as soon as possible. However, you have up to 14 days to do so. Please return in original packaging. If the goods are returned in original condition we will refund the costs in one to two days. The customer will be liable for return delivery costs. If the goods are faulty, we will refund the delivery costs.

    Insuring your returns:
    If you are returning goods to us, we strongly recommend that you insure the item for its full value, as we cannot accept responsibility for items damaged in transit.
